Born and raised in a ranching family in Cisco, Texas, Stephen Reich learned early on that a long workday often stretches far beyond 8 to 5. That strong work ethic, paired with a natural business sense, became the foundation for his success.

After earning his Bachelor’s Degree and later his MBA from Tarleton State University, Stephen set his sights on Fort Worth—ready to take on new opportunities and put his drive and education to work.
